Yahwehkart is a multi-supplier, multi-buyer e-commerce marketplace developed under Perfect E-Mart. It brings products from multiple manufacturers and sellers together in one place, so you can buy more directly from the people who make them.

Yahwehkart is operated by Perfect E-Mart, our main business company based in Tirumangalam, Madurai, Tamil Nadu.

Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation from us. Adding items to your cart does not reserve them.

Available payment options may include credit and debit cards, net banking, UPI and digital wallets, and Cash on Delivery where available. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

You can request a cancellation before your order has been shipped, from your account or by contacting customer support. Once an order has shipped, you may need to use the returns process instead.

Tracking information, where available, is shared by email or SMS. You can also view your order status any time under My Orders in your account.

An estimated delivery time is shown when you place your order. Actual timelines can vary based on your location, product availability and circumstances outside our control.

Most products can be returned within the applicable return window if they are unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact. Some categories, such as personal care and innerwear, may not be returnable.

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and we will arrange a return or replacement as appropriate.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.
